We accept Cash, Check, Visa, and MasterCard. Payment is due at time of service.

Dental Insurance

We are a premier provider with ODS/moda, and Delta Dental.  Delta Dental, the parent company of these two insurances, is owned by our dental association.  They are a leader in providing fair and consistent dental benefits.

We accept insurance policies that allow the patient to see the dentist they choose.  We are not a contracted provider for any company.  Some companies require patients to see a dentist from a list provided.  The dentists on the list are under a contract with the insurance company.  The insurance company agrees to send patients to the dentist and in turn the dentist agrees to treat the patients for a greatly reduced fee.  These plans also limit treatment options for patients, often requiring a dentist to choose a lower cost alternative, even when it is not in the best interest of the patient.  Most dentists that focus on quality not quantity are less sales oriented and do not participate in these types of plans. 

Dr. Atack provides quality dentistry.  He treats each patient as the unique individual that they are, providing treatment options best suited for the patients.
